Information collected automatically. Our website is hosted on GoHighLevel. Like most websites, the hosting platform may use cookies and similar technologies, and may log basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device, the pages you visit, and the site that referred you. We use this to keep the site working and to understand, in general terms, how people use it.

Some links on SimplyActive are affiliate links, for example links to GoHighLevel, MeetGeek, and Snov.io. When you click one, the company you visit (or its affiliate platform) may set its own cookie to record that you came from our site, so we may earn a commission if you sign up. Those cookies are controlled by those companies, not by us, and their privacy policies apply. We don't receive your payment details from them. Read our affiliate disclosure for more.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Most of the site will still work, but some features may not, and affiliate commissions may not be tracked.
Every email we send has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. Click it and we'll stop sending you marketing emails. You can also email [email protected] with "Unsubscribe" in the subject line.

We'll remove your details from our CRM and lead database and reply to confirm. We may need to keep a minimal record (such as your email address on a do-not-contact list) so we don't email you again by mistake, or where the law requires it.
We keep your information while you're on our email list, or for as long as we need it for the purposes above. If you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, we remove it within a reasonable time, apart from the minimal records described above. Hosting and technical logs are kept according to our providers' standard practices.
We use reputable providers and limit access to our accounts. No website or email system is perfectly secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you share with us.
SimplyActive is for business owners and professionals. It is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we'll delete it.
We may update this policy as the site or our providers change. When we do, we'll change the effective date at the top of this page. If a change is significant, we'll make a reasonable effort to let subscribers know.
